For over 8 years, I worked with WIC, supporting women, infants, and children with their nutrition needs. During that time I also completed my dietetic internship in pursuit of becoming a Registered Dietitian. But life shifted in the most incredible way when I became a mom — and with that shift came a whole new chapter filled with joy, uncertainty, and the unexpected reality of being a stay-at-home mom. My first career path is on hold for the moment while I raise my fearless daughter, but it’s one I plan to return to in the future.

This blog is my little corner of the internet where I write honestly about my journey through anxiety, postpartum challenges, and the day-to-day life of motherhood. My hope is to create a space that feels real, supportive, and a little less lonely — whether you’re a fellow mama, someone who’s struggled with anxiety, or just along for the ride.

I live in Alabama with my husband, daughter, and our French bulldog. I have a deep love for the fall season — even if we only get about two weeks of it here — and you can usually find me with a book in one hand and a lukewarm coffee in the other.

Thanks for being here. I hope you find encouragement, connection, and maybe even a little calm in the chaos.
